If there’s one tradition we probably ALL have at Thanksgiving, it’s a group nap once you’ve stuffed yourself with all of the food you can.
And you’re going to need all of the energy you can get if you want to start your Black Friday shopping right when the pie’s been cleared off the table. Here are the foods you should load up on if you want that shopping energy:
- Veggies
- Sweet potatoes
- Turkey (it won’t ACTUALLY make you tired)
- Beets
At the end of the day, you can eat whatever the heck you want on Thanksgiving. It’s an eating holiday!! Load up on whatever you want! Get in on the leftovers! There’s always after dinner coffees and Red Bulls if you really want to get in the mood to get your shopping done!
