DEMI LOVATO: Photographed in Public

TMZ bought and published the first paparazzi photo of Demi Lovato since her near-fatal overdose.

A source informed Us Weekly, (quote) “Demi has lost some weight. She’s feeling better. She’s retraining herself on the 12 steps to recovery and will eventually come back to L.A.

Since being discharged from Cedars-Sinai Hospital, Demi’s sought treatment at three clinics.

Her current residence, according to TMZ, is “world-renowned for its addiction programs.”

Yeezus wants changes made with social media!

Kanye West wants to see some major changes in the way social media works. In a series of posts, Yeezy called out tech execs, including Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.

Kanye wants to see features such as likes, comments, and follower counts either eliminated or made optional on Twitter and Instagram. He wrote, “There are people who are committing suicide due to not getting enough likes. Seeking validation in the simulation. Speaking for myself, I personally want to participate in social media with the option of not having to show my followers or likes.”

He wants a live-streamed meeting with social media founders to discuss how to fix the different platforms.

Twitter’s Jack Dorsey sent Kanye a text message in response, where he wrote, “We’ve been thinking deeply about the follower and like counts, and what that incentivizes… We want to change. What made sense 12 years ago doesn’t make sense today. At least for us. Us making that number bold and big incentivized people to want to increase it, and feel bad if they couldn’t. That’s not right. We want to incentivize contribution to the global conversation and consciousness.”

TIGER WOODS: First Tournament Win in Five Years

Tiger Woods, wearing his trademark red shirt, won his first tournament in five years on Sunday by taking the Tour Championship. The victory comes after Tiger struggled through a myriad of personal and physical problems, including black surgery.

With the win, Tiger maintained his flawless 23-0 record when going into the final round of a tournament leading by three strokes or more. (The New York Times)

Halsey called it "absolutely pathetic" that Machine Gun Kelly bragged that he "smashed" with her. Coincidentally, Halsey wore on stage at her London concert a Scarlet A. As if she identifies with the iconic character, Hester Prynne.

Katy Perry has said the song “The One That Got Away” was inspired by Josh Groban. He confirmed to Andy Cohen that they quietly dated. But hearing he inspired the song was a shock (quote) “It was a double take and a spit of my coffee.” (Watch What Happens Live)

Ariana Grande suggested on social media that thoughts of a tour are far, far away. She’s taking a mental health break. The death of Mac Miller hit her hard and deep. And there’s supposedly a wedding to plan. (Pop Crave)

Speaking of Pete Davidson, he got another tattoo that matches Ariana Grande. Both now have a French phrase made famous by Holly Golightly in the movie Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Loosely translated, the tattoos on the back of their neck say “a thousand tendernesses.” (Us Weekly)
