Women, stop bullying… other women!
A new study found that 70 percent of female executives say they have been bullied by other women in their workplaces. Even worse, they say that this bullying has kept them from moving up in their career.
The study calls this bullying the “Queen Bee Syndrome” -- when women try to undermine the credibility or status of their female colleagues, by getting others to think less of them.
